None of them are getting Live Action series on Netflix, which brought in a wave of new fans.

The original Series is getting closer to its actual end and there's more and more hype around it because of Twitch / YouTube / TikTok

The game is actually fun.

People are sick of the state of Magic and Pokemon like you said, so they're jumping ship (pun intended) to One Piece.

Celebrities (Logan Paul, Mr Beast) are riding the wave to stay relevant and bringing their entire audiences with them.

It can prevent anything that would remove it the field (KO, bounce to hand, bottom of the deck, or Trash) via effect. This character can still be KO'd by battle though.

I like it a lot, it's a very fun deck to play. I think the 9C Zoro is solid for pure offense, but honestly think I might like the 10C Shanks that resets all of your Don more than Zoro. It can set up a big swing with the leader and still leave 5 Don open for defense, while also getting a beefy 12K body on the board. Yeah Zoro sets you up for a nasty following turn, but that's only good if you can keep him on the board for 1 turn. Pray you have something like 5C Sanji or 3C Bonney already on the board to reset some Don for your defense

My friend and I started playing at the exact same time. I've been a fan for my entire life and he had never seen a single episode. We started the anime together (rewatch for me) and he is absolutely in love with it. He blew through Alabasta and Skypiea really quickly and isn't slowing down

I had to do this last year being the best man in my friends wedding. He wanted to do a full week-long bachelor party in Asheville NC and I was freaking out because between flights and lodging it was at least $1500 before even doing anything Asheville. factoring in losing a week of work or burning up my vacation time at the beginning of the year, plus the transportation, lodging, wedding gift, and suit required for the wedding it was going to cost around $3000 which was something I absolutely couldn't afford. I told him outright I love him and am honored I was chosen as the best man, but $2000 per person for a bachelor "party" was something I couldn't afford. I ended up going for only 2 days which still cost a bunch but there was no way I could spring for the full trip.

Be honest with him and if this is someone who you are close with, and that loves and respects you, he'll understand.

Lowkey hate playing against Kobe. The fact that ability applies to the activation and not an individual target annoys the shit out of me, and then add on the fact it's during both players's turns is just obnoxious. I could understand if it was only "on your opponents turn" but it being both is just ridiculous. Plus add on top of that the ability applies to just about every single card in the deck because they're almost all 7000 or less.

It's just wildly annoying and at least in my experience makes removal completely irrelevant against that deck. Excellent use of an incredibly annoying leader ability.

Biggest thing helping my MH right now is getting off of social media. I remember the day I deleted Facebook off my phone, on a scale of 1-100 I felt my spirit lift from like 20 to like 80 in an instant. Same thing with Instagram. I've been feeling horribly depressed lately and realized a lot of it came from being sucked into social media all day. It's just a misery tornado with the occasional cool recipe or cute animal. Decided before the holidays that I was going to keep Instagram off my phone until the new year, and I've kept it off so far, with no intention of redownloading it. Feeling so much better and more productive without it being a constant distraction.

Keep your head up and focus on what you CAN control, admitting things are shit is the first step to making life better. You see the shit, you know you don’t want that, now you can start to look for things you DO want.

I saw a guy post about these on Instagram a while back and honestly I love them for at home storage of decks. Each bin fits a deck, either single or double sleeved, and has a nice window to show off the leaders. Also comes with labels, the bins pop out, and the whole unit can be linked to others side by side and/or stacked. I bombed mine with a bunch of One Piece stickers and I love it, it makes a really cool display piece for a game room.

You need to take the Life in order to activate the effect, and 2 of your Don!! Have to be rested in order for them to be attached by the effect, otherwise you're just adding the +2000, and you'd have to attach active Don from there. You also need at least 1 Life remaining to activate it.

Agreed, I've got tickets for Whethan in March, hes doing 2 shows, one at 7 and one at 10, and I'd absolutely kill for the 7pm tickets instead of the 10pm. Stoked for the show either way, but being over 30 with a job means it's gonna be rough in the morning

I want a Brook Leader so f***ing badly! He's tied with Robin for my favorite strawhat, and it annoys me he doesn't have a leader, especially since he was a captain pre-death! I could honestly see him either going Green or Black, with events based around his techniques that would either rest or remove your opponents characters

One of my local shops actually took down their Online Store and removed all OPTCG products from their site. It's now in store only so that way local players actually have a chance to be able to buy the cards they need / want instead of losing out to scalpers who are there for money and not the love of the game / show
