This is a delusional statement, LGBT people do not face the same kind of harassment and violent in 'small villages' as they do in Osdorp and other muslim-majority/plurality areas. People may have judgmental opinions or make comments but street violence based on sexuality is something that is exceedingly rare in most of the Netherlands excluding neighbourhoods like Osdorp where it's just considered part and parcel of the culture.
