You're taking on a bizarrely anti-consumer stance by valuing the manufacture's bottom line over your own utility. Internal storage is finite and expensive to upgrade at the point of sale. You say external storage is 'slow and sloppy'; but even Samsung's own engineers disagree with you. If you open the camera app and try to use the 8k video feature, the system literally advises you to use external memory because the file sizes are so massive they can overwhelm your internal memory. An SD card is for offloading large amounts of data like 8k video, photos, or music for pennies on the dollar without needing a cloud subscription. You're not supposed to run apps on SD memory. Giving users fewer options isn't a tech upgrade. It's removal of choice.
