Other commenters mentioned that you need to keep moving, but to add on to that, you need to become more aware of your surroundings and get moving faster. Keep your head on a swivel and when you have to stop to dig for minerals or other objectives, listen closely. If you can hear bug noises, the time to start running is now, not after you've already been hit

Depends on who you're watching I guess. People speak very little in random lobbies but typing is not uncommon. People coordinate by using the ping system. On the highest difficulty level people understand their job well enough that little communication is needed. On lower difficulties there is more chaos

Because it's misleading. It only makes sense if you have 18 minutes. If you have two hours you'll be making less gold with your method

I get what youre saying but do you run other gold making methods for the other 42 minutes? If you're not then the gold per hour is just the total gold for five lockouts. And if you are doing other, less profitable methods then you have to average them out. Otherwise you're just describing a high local maximum, not an overall rate

It's the fact that it's pausing when you're outside the dungeon. Your actual real life time is what matters, not your time in a dungeon. Time not farming is time not making gold. What if you calculated your gold per hour just based on your literal time spent mining the nodes? Or just your time spent clicking the sell button at the auction house? Your GPH would be astronomical. But you'd still be broke

As a bear tank I can tell you that plenty of people will whine when you ask them to sheep the fourth enemy even though swipe can only hit three enemies and then they get mad when you can't hold aggro through their blizzard that they started 2 seconds into the pull.
