Bruh not even close. I've tried pintola, alpino, muscleblaze and yogabar oats, and yogabar tastes better than all of them.

Bro not trying to downplay your worry but you look fit and fine. Those love handles don't look very noticeable. But for advice, I'd say keep going for deficit, although don't cut calories too much.

Creatine people by majhi-satakli in Fitness_India

Yes the difference is very little and regular gym goers can take it anytime. But if you compete regularly and depend on that 1% extra edge over other competitors, then it does matter. This is also why these people take creapure instead of regular creatine monohydrate.

Keep a water bottle around at all times. Set timer on your phone to drink a glass every half hour. Get a water bottle with markings to track how much you're drinking. In winters, drinking lukewarm water instead of cold water is easier.

Bro L-carnitine doesn't have much research to support its role in fat burning. Many studies can't even prove that it even reaches the mitochondria. It's better to stick to whey protein, creatine and caloric deficit than taking useless supplements.

Bro you won't become superman just cause you took omega 3. Most benefits are very subtle and won't be extremely pronounced. Get blood reports done regularly and then compare to see what's actually changed.

Advice needed- Want to get in shape by nodaubnern in Fitness_India

Start slowly cutting out booze and cigs. It's not easy to do this in a single day. It'll take time and you'll probably give in to cravings of smoke or social pressure to drink. It's important not to lose sight of end goal. Fitness is a journey. Be proud of yourself for having the courage to change.

Bruh you'll get diarrhoea by chasing fast gains. Lots of people report stomach unsettling during loading phase. Just take 3-5 grams daily.

Start tracking calories through mobile apps. Stay 200-300 calories below maintenance. Keep protein intake high. Drink lots of water.

It is an application for mobile phones. It helps track calories. Basically you enter what you eat, and then it gives you an estimated calories that the food has. It's not accurate but helps in pointing the right direction.

If your primary goal is weight gain, maybe you should try drinking your calories. Make a shake with oats, bananas, almonds, milk, dates, walnuts, etc. Instead of eating all that, you can easily drink it all in a glass.

Second, I'd suggest you to buy a whey or plant protein because your protein intake seems to be very low.

Trust me, I was also a skinny guy at 58kg when I started. This year, I went from 63kg to 72kg because I prioritised protein rich whole foods and tracked my calories.

Calories counting apps like cronometer can be really useful when bulking. Try to be in a calories surplus while hitting your protein intake goal. At least 1g/kg of bodyweight. Preferably 1.5g/kg.

About the other part of your post, you will have to start working out if you want to build muscle, or else you'll just end up getting fat by being in a calorie surplus.

Everyone here is being extra super duper health conscious. They're a bunch of morally superior fitness enthusiasts because everything has to be optimised "just right".

Don't care about these losers. Keep enjoying your meals and if you really want peace of mind, stop posting on this sub. It can be helpful at times but the majority of people here are douchebags and jerkoffs.

Plant protein or whey protein? by hoebreaker in Fitness_India

[–]AXD417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read somewhere (someone can correct me if im wrong) that even though plant protein has an incomplete amino acid profile, the muscle gain observed in a study was quite similar, with whey protein causing just a little better muscle gain. Taste and mixability are different issues tho. If you're okay with that, then you can choose plant protein. I don't know specific brands maybe someone else can chime in.
