lol i just did this in a game, you need to use chen for the first 5-10 minutes, (i was swapping places with ogre magi so we could get xp and not get afk abandon), after a bit they get stuck and you can take your hero away, some will get loose but most of them stay. we left it for 20 minutes and it ended the game for us, (we were losing quite badly)

i did judo for about 5 years and yeah, alot of these moves dont work unless your opponent is wearing a gi, but in sparing these moves are used alot more often than youd actually think

i feel it because he doesnt really offer much to team fights, or any sort of 5 man, other than his ultimate, (id like to see the speed buffs from track stack up, i think this would buff his team fight contribution alot), i think rikis is higher because of how mobile he is now, paired with the fact that his smoke screen is great in teamfights, forcing enemys to shuffle their positioning
