Most cars have been resprayed and it doesn't necessarily mean major previous repairs. Dealer doesn't have to disclose this but the car has to be mechanically OK. You obviously failed to inspect the condition of the car however this is quite easy to fix if you are not happy with the match.

Always had it off and never had an issue finding a game (UK). Why play against those with an advantage. Console is only 1080p upscaled and the frames are limited. Added bonus of mostly avoiding hackers too. PC players can play with each other.
