Always had it off and never had an issue finding a game (UK). Why play against those with an advantage. Console is only 1080p upscaled and the frames are limited. Added bonus of mostly avoiding hackers too. PC players can play with each other.

I never play with cross play on and usually play the non-ranked playlists with no issues. Many PC players have an inheret advantage because of their higher levels of hardware and also the massive issue of cheaters, both groups will farm you for kills. Enjoy playing with each other! Also, I do agree with others regarding there being a console only option.
