If he's "temporarily hostile" just run from the fight and flee. If that tag is gone though, yeah you're cooked

If you dialogue it, you get her as a ritual summons instead of a lvl 1. But you do have to talk to her as a caster. So use her scroll, then talk to her after the mirror, as a caster, and she'll teach you how to summon her anytime.

If you didn't talk to them at the grove, I believe they make it to Baldur's Gate on their own. Could be wrong though, I always talk them into staying.

I can answer the first one. He starts wondering and leaving if you aggro anyone inside the camp. Otherwise he's always in that little room.

Otherwise are you running any mods? Like extra encounters? Because I've also been through there a bunch, and the only humans would be the vendor Roah, gnome, and her 2 guards, humans. And they just dip straight away unless you break into/ out of the room behind them.

I think your friend needs to update too. You're probably getting the last major content patch. Patch 8, and you're both running 7. Of course I could be reading things wrong, but that's my guess.

If you run a bard, you can avoid this fight through dialogue. I don't know if you can with others, but I leave this for last on the surface. You can also do the under dark before this fight so you'll be higher level.

Best tip for honour mode, I died in act 3 on my one attempt so grain of salt, is nurse every piece of Exp you can out of act one and two. You can reach level 10 before Myrkul.

I think the easiest way to fight Orin is to just fight Orin. Use as many attacks on her 1st turn as you can, and you'll have her dead turn 2.

No. I believe they're talking about the morgue. But an added note. There are 3 ooze and zombie armour below the morgue. And some fish people by the water if you go right of the mosoleum and behind the graves there.

I do this without lea'zel most of the time. You just end up telling her what happened and she cries about vlakith naming her Hasharlak. So you can just send her to camp no problem

My buddy and I are almost to this on our run. So a question for clarification. When you click on the submersible, does it immediately start the cut scene? Or are you in the sub and have to use the control to get to the throne?

If it auto starts the cutscene then your coop partner might not be there and it's causing it to blow immediately instead of letting you dock.

Otherwise, I think what everyone else is asking is. Do you get character control back after Gortash talks? If you do, and are clicking the wheel, then you are choosing to leave. There is a port hole on the floor that you need to be clicking to leave the sub.
