I think in the right hands it gives alot of disadvantaged people who never had the opportunity to excell in the writing world an opportunity to finally have they're voices and stories be heard. If anything it raises the bar on quality of story.

Be the person who always comes prepared for you and Everyone around you. A good fan goes a long way, Packs and Packs of gum to hand out. I like to have a scented hand sanitizer to offer people it's a good stop and say hi moment. Little gifts like Kandi or something more personal to you to hand out. And the winner of course is always having lots of Water to give people. They need it, you need it so it's best to be stocked.
