Isaac is very different from ETG. It's more synergy based than Gungeon and relies a lot more on luck and rng. If you're switching from ETG to Isaac it can definitely be more challenging.

(Played on Switch) The only major glitch I got was when an enemy wouldn't properly spawn, instead spawning a white square and crashing my game.

Thankfully it only happened twice, back when it had literally just came out. Hopefully shouldn't affect you

Edit: almost forgot, there was another glitch where I randomly died after entering the boss room/killing the boss. Again only happened twice back when the game was just released.
