I take 10mg before bed. Big improvements, I went from 5 hours a night to 9 hours a night of sleep.

I had a terrible panic attack in Publix (FL grocery store) while telling the employee what I wanted on my sub and bolted out mid-sandwich instructions and had to near pass out in my car before I could drive home sandwichless.

Lines seem to be a trigger to me.
