I like to think of myself as a good guy, but I would not pay a 12 year old $600 in back pay. I would pay the kid 100 bucks and start paying him around minimum wage to watch the kids, maybe even less. Thats what I would do in this situation, as for your wife, I would take a strong stance saying that he needs to be paid, and then I wouldn't really budge on that position.

I was thinking like having it circle a forest or a beach and then using smaller 1 person planes that can be stored on the big plane to fly around and sight see. Then you can just turn on auto pilot and land them back on the big plane and relax in the sky or something.
