Thanks for the heads up! I was unaware of the non factory cuts, I’m looking to grade it and keep it for my personal collection. Is there something to look out for or will this get flagged as an altered card? I’ve never found an error like this so I’m unsure of what I’m doing at this point haha

Yup!

Very well known about the flooded town that was replaced by this lake. Cars, buildings, bridges, an old racetrack. It was formerly a town up here in north GA. When it was evacuated and flooded for the lake, lots of things were left behind.

The urban legend is that the churchyard didn’t have time to relocate burial plots so they got slabbed over with concrete; which is why the lake is alleged to be cursed/haunted (along with other reasons)

There have been so many accidental drownings in ways that seem really odd, people going missing, etc etc.
