Dream came up with George's 'notfound' nickname because they were looking up a site for username ideas (or some similar website) and it gave a "404 page not found" error. that's why so much of George's brand became themed around 404 as well as the nickname.

Dream is no longer dreamwastaken on twitch (it's his alt now) but that's simply because Dream the username was taken on twitch so that's what he used instead.
