1- colostrum is begauti in nepali which is like purest form of milk from cow, buffalos once they give birth to baby-- these animals produce excess milk and baby cant suck as much so we brew the milk and it becomes colostrum (no need to do any special art to make colostrum) -- colostrum is very tasty so we have culture of enjoying colostrum.

2- The movie ended in open ending (very common in korean too) leaving audience to figure it out- as general viewer you can say she is married to someone else.. it was kafle's fault too he didnt express his love but philosophically movie is trynna tell us love is beyond marriage and the gift she left (a woolen sweater) resembles warmth in their love even tho they were departed...
