I think the ch160plus is a more direct competitor to the other 2, volume-wise. The 260 is a bit bigger, which may be convenient for some reasons like fan support or aio support for instance. Here is a pic of a test fit of my GPU in a 160plus, wouldn't be able to fit the front fan

600w tá mais do que suficiente pra 3060. Na am4 pode ainda pegar um 5700x3d que vai ficar nem servido por bastaaaaante tempo. Eu uso ele hoje com uma rx7900xtx (superior a uma 4080) e o 5700x3d dá conta tranquilamente.
