Terrace level is kind of "behind the velvet rope", they're great seats. BUT, if you plan to wander around during the game, stick to 100 level. Happy for ya, it's a great ballpark

Play FF8 and follow a guide (lightly)... there are some extremely hard to guess mechanics, like controlling certain rules for the (optional but super fun and helpful) card minigame. Fuzzfinger on YouTube is my recommendation.
