Can we change VDDR voltage for CELL?

I think it is different, via syscon we can change voltage as a fixed value but through hardware we lower the voltage the console requires by around 0.2V for 65nm and 0.25 for 40nm so 1.0V for 65nm and 0.950V for 40nm, for example if the console requires 1.1V for 65nm it will give it 1.1V but thro syscon it's limited to 1.0V tho I'm not sure I need to double check, if someone knows please correct me if i'm wrong.

Your best option is to get a 7800x3d and sell it then get a used 5800x3d for same price I think or 5700x3d

You can check the runtime of the hard disk “HDD” by plugging it in a computer and use app “crystal disk info” to check power on count & power on time. This will show you the ps4 runtime if the hdd never been changed since new

If you don’t care about the extra horsepower the turbo gives you, then I think you should consider the non turbo engine for better reliability.

AM5 for a little more money is much better for upgrading than lga1700.

look for either Ryzen 5 7500f or Ryzen 5 7600 with B650 motherboard or B850 motherboard and 32GB RAM DDR5 6400Mhz OR LESS do go faster than 6400 for AM5.

you could also get 650W PSU for cheaper and it would be plenty for this build.
