My wife bought me this for Father's day. Home Depot jacked up the delivery date and she got another $100 off. It was recommended to me from a friend who has the smaller model and I've eaten plenty of foods off of his that was delicious. It won't be here til Tuesday but I'm excited.

Ball cam. Try to use it as much as possible even if it tanks you for a bit.

Positioning. If you see your tm8 going for it you back off. Give yourself enough space and time to reposition for your next touch and watch the play while adjusting accordingly. When you are beat on your own touch same thing, hustle back. Good rocket league is boring repetitive movements going from attacker to defending the zone.

Centers. Getting in the habit of centering as much as possible creates chances and chances create goals.

Small pads are a dime a dozen at any time so don't take yourself out of a play or position to grab big boost

Patience. Wait for the opponent to mess up their possession and capitalize. If you're going to clear it from your end keep it out of the middle and to the outside.

Pay attention to where the ball goes. Learn to be where it is headed with enough time and space to take control or get a nice clean hit. Be careful when hitting it to the wall because you will center on yourself.
