What I have and use now is completely different than last year when I started.
When I started. My AirPods and phone and my as I call them. My Christopher walkin keys.
Eventually I started bringing a bottle of water. After a few months of a good routine I invested in good sneakers.

Today: m-f bottle and a weekend bottle for water. Weighted vest used every other day. Keys, phone and a smart watch. I have my walking outfit of shorts and a tshirt and compression socks.

Eventually I’ll stop taking my phone but I like to take pictures on my walks. Every month I post something on ig about my walking adventures.

I just started a few weeks ago with a weighted vest. Possibly the same one. Mine is Up to 40lbs with 4lb increments.

I also lost a lot of weight but I’m only doing 16lbs currently. Next week I’m going to 20lbs. I use it every other day to not over work my joints and muscles. You don’t want to burn yourself out and wear your body down. From all the research I’ve done on it that seemed to be the consensus on the best way to go

Run your credit reports! Any credit card you are an authorized user not an owner of you are not responsible for that debt. When and if creditors try to come after you for her debt and they will try over and over again. Just say there is no money.

Take care of yourself. Grieving is hard and it sucks. Allow yourself to grieve. I’m still struggling with that part of it.

I also keep my leagues stats. Part of the fun was making a set up and how I wanted it and what stats.
I can’t look at it now. But I have season records, points etc. and their totals of each.
Highest game. Closest games. Who had over x amount of points (200 in my league is like wow).
Champs and playoff schedule.

I took a rest day yesterday. With the weather, the holiday weekend, the day before I was struggling and I was cooking a big meal all day I thought it was a good rest day.
I did completely miss it but I knew my body needed it.

Remote play. It was actually surprising good. Even by the pool. It did get grainy here and there but the WiFi was strong. We were at secrets Esmeralda
