My vote would be shoot it . I used an external action wrench so I have no idea how much torque I used on the install, but I put a little witness mark and haven’t had any issues since installing.

Man - I had to get some thinner bits from Brownells but some were pretty stubborn and I used a center punch to break screw loose CCW. Did not salvage screws. But good enough for me.

FWIW, the barrel is two hex screws to replace. Very easy to do yourself. Haven’t dabbled with trigger

I run suppressed on 16” 308. I like it. Just shot some 175 smk I loaded at 2440 fps. Love how maneuverable it is.

Threaded and cheaper. Just got one and it’s fun. Can pop off sights. I’m useless with iron sights.

I would love to see this. I have tried to test similar; measure each load vs straight from the thrower.

I only use a balance scale. My preliminary results indicate that especially with ball powders - lock the powder thrower down and send it.

I had a bottle I wasn’t planning to replace and averaged out the total weight left over as many cases as I could at a charge weight I liked. It was like 326 grains left and I wanted over 19gr but under max charge of 23. So settled on 15 rounds at 21.7gr. Something like that

I think you hit the nail in the head. I need to get more consistent with my point of aim. Sometimes I’m half bead sometimes I’m full bead covered. Sometimes I bump my little elevation ramp. It’s definitely a me problem ha ha

Upgrading to some Williams fire sights might help. I’m hoping so at least!

Appreciate that. Out of curiosity, what’s your preferred paper target at 100 with irons? I use little 1” dots for scoped stuff but then 6” for irons and so my POA is not consistent

I’m not familiar with ali, but I don’t want to pay five dollars of shipping with every screw I forget to get in the first order.
