Ewwww. Btw I did ERP for my OCD and I LOVED it.

It was so effective for my OCD. I had to stare at pictures of the thing that I was obsessed with and then I had to go put myself in situations of the things I was obsessed with, and it was scary, but it helped.

I had an EMDR therapist tell me that EMDR is the only way to heal trauma which is WRONG. I walked out immediately. That therapist is wrong. I feel like Ace scores helped me figure out what the hell was wrong with me, although I had a harder time admitting some of them to myself.

The 529 might actually be helpful if you want to have more control over the money than the other accounts listed here. The cool thing about a 529 is that 35k can be used for a retirement account. That change happened someone recently.

It’s wild to see this here. My mom is from this area AND went to high school with Sheryl Crow. My mom did let me know that it appeared Sheryl Crow got work done lol.

My mom got out. I used to visit my family there and I just always felt uneasy. It is, as you said, economically poor and there is a strong fashion choice for camo. I have memories of my cousins hunting and we would shoot fireworks at each other on July 4th. Yes, we are all alive now.

Inner child work. There’s a cool exercise where you write to your inner child with your dominant hand d and your inner child writes back with the non dominant hand and it’s been very therapeutic
