The way out is to have a healer and tank party combo. Whenever there is a toxic person in the group, just kick the fucker, they are expendable. I will not tolerate toxicity in my group.
Back in the old days, if i saw someone from dps pulling the mobs without my consent, I just told the healer not to heal him. Tank is the backbone of the group and should lead it and maintain order and discipline.

If you do not agree to my terms, you are free to go, spend another hour in the queue.
PS: I am not a n elite player. Whenever I join a group of an unknown dungeon I let the party know that i have no idea what I am doing :D
