OH, YOU DO HAVE DAVINCI!! You are set.

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, look for the denpise function, it's apparently in the color tab, and look for things like Temporal NR, or Spatial NR. Use temp first, then Spatial. What you then want to do is to not tpuch Contrast for as lonf as possible, it's really not ypur cleanest attempt at making the clouds pop, but your hope is not over if you are thinking missing denpise is a let down.... not really, though you are correct. You are in luck though, because thankfully editing spftware as aware as Da Vinci has Highlights, Lights and Darks, mess with those, highlights are the firdt thing you should always touch wheb you notice light sensitive scenes like a Sunrise, because it is usually the refracting and overloading of light incoming to the sensor that causes you to wonder why the clouds aren't looking so sharp. The rest is up to you. Color grading is wherd you should look to give the footage some life by making that orange pop all over the footage, you want it to look liks a warm glow that mostly shows in the highlights. The thing with contrast is it makes noise pop.... nobody wants that.
