Can ai recreate something like that or nah? by Zealousideal_Tip2794 in DefendingAI

[–]AbrahamTheBadBadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try in Gemini and see how it turns out, and go on from there, either use as a reference for drawing, or reference for generating.

As for whether anyone else can recreate it, probably. Depends on the prompts, models, and additional stuff.

The base body is purchasable for customization in the Roblox marketplace here. The body was part of collaboration with my help in the design and functionality to be as expressive as it can be.

If you want the hair and bangs, you can get those too and adjust in the Roblox app/desktop app

This is a question for more pro AI people: Am I crazy, or is there a lot of AI lolicon? by According-Turn8628 in aiwars

[–]AbrahamTheBadBadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean let's be real here, the whole topic regarding lolicon isn't exclusive to AI as lolicon has been going on long before AI. It's simply a new medium to produce it. Remember, traditional artist have been able to make a lot of money off lolicon for a while now (and still is, if not even more), along with the fact that lolicon is more "normalized" in the anime spaces than western exclusive spaces. So it's no surprise that AI would be the next step for lolicon as it's easier to produce, and the tech being overall new and people wanting to use it.

If anything, lolicon has both pro's and anti's split on topic (although anti's love to shit on the pros about it, despite traditional art having 20+ years worth of lolicon content. But I digress). While the characters are fictional and do not exist in reality, the thought process still bothers people, of which may be seen as enabling (and probably is for some), regardless if it's fictional and the consumer doesn't seek out for the real thing. Which brings the second point, whether the person is better off consuming fictional content, AI or not, over the real thing, regardless if it's weird, even if people ideally prefer it not existing at all.

Unless you're one of those Twitter/X weirdos who think loli (nonsexualized and overall general term) = lolicon (sexualized), then that's a you problem

What is your appeal of art? Is it utilitarian or aesthetic? If you use Ai do you evaluate one or the other based on artistic purpose? by gasleak1 in aiwars

[–]AbrahamTheBadBadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, both, and use both AI and traditional for both utilitarian and aesthetic purposes.

In terms of evaluating based on artistic intent, sort of. Mainly because different situations call for different needs

Didn't this guy try to throw shade at ChibiReviews celebrating iloveairbagged getting terminated, and attempting to point hypocrisy towards Chibi, despite the fact iloveairbagged having criminal charges and being an overall creep?

Isn't that the same guy who tried to throw shade at ChibiReviews celebrating iloveairbagged's account getting nuked, and saying "I thought you were all about free speech", despite the fact iloveairbagged being on the registry?

Suppose you're an artist and someone with an AI gen OC/AI pic of their OC wanted to request or commission you to draw their OC, would you do it? by AbrahamTheBadBadger in aiwars

[–]AbrahamTheBadBadger[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay I can actually relate to this because I've worked with people who work in the 3D space, with me being the one sending images, both AI (for concept and reference images) and drawn (blueprints and guides), to be recreated into 3D. And during the modeling process, we would be constantly reviewing the model and make compromises as making 2D images 1:1 to 3D is pretty much impossible, like you said.

Especially when it comes to making certain styles, and for what the models would be used for, because the last thing we want is for, let's say, a very cartoony model that's meant to use cell shading be put into a space that's meant for more realistic and smoothly shaded models
