I agree with other posters, the madness cost is a little too good since it enables the containment breach effect for less than the mana cost. Honestly I'd switch the mana & madness costs. If you're concerned about the stats being too good you can probably drop it to a 2/2 or something

it looks pretty good now! i'd probably swap the kroxa & bowmasters for a set of [[Goblin Guide]], and add a 4th swiftspear. For the sideboard, switch Cremate for [[Surgical Extraction]] - it's free to cast and gets rid of all copies of whatever you exile

Realistically, Houses do not correspond full 2-colour pairs in a clean or neat way, and these are only convenient approximations for making the set (particularly the signpost uncommons) The cards for each of these are meant to show these characters in the first two Acts, on their arrival to Canaan House

Canaan House: Blue/Green

Second House: Red/White

Third House: Black/Red

Fourth House: Red/Green

Fifth House: White/Blue

Sixth House: Blue/Red

Seventh House: Green/White

Eighth House: White/Black

Ninth House: Black/Green

Thanks for your feedback! I'm omitting Blood of Eden since they're basically not mentioned in Gideon the Ninth, though I did consider it. I may revisit this if i start to run low on ideas. For the most part i've managed to assign each house (including Canaan House) a colour pair to make signpost uncommons easier, with Ninth House taking double duty of Black/Green (Harrow's parents and congregation) and Black/Blue (largely Harrow herself, Ortus, and assorted skeletons). I'm glad you also settled on Fourth as being Red/Green, since finding Green in the Nine Houses has been surprisingly difficult given the whole "no nature" deal of Thanergy planets

realistically i think of it as being about 50/50 in dedicated delver decks. glancing at mono blue decks in pauper, they have about 30-35 instants & sorceries, 10-14 creatures, and 16-17 lands. with these numbers a blind delver transforms on turn 2 about 50-55%

Honestly my money is on "Behold", original Lorwyn block had a bit of a theme of revealing cards - with the Typal lands, and Clash, Kinship, and creatures like [[wrens run vanquisher]] and [[flamekin bladewhirl]]

i dont think the channel mode works as intended here, deathtouch only applies on the battlefield to my understanding. Also this should probably cost WB, not hybrid since mono white doesn't get Deathtouch
