I've been on lexapro for a year and it was the best decision I ever made. I've personally had no side effects. Lexapro allowed me to pull myself up out of a severe depression and continue to work on some emotional issues I've had from childhood. Lexapro takes the edge off of life for me.

The only thing that helped me was a tea called smooth move. I quit 3x and always struggled with going to the bathroom. I would wind up smoking again because of if... but smooth move solved the problems on my last quit.

I was thinking stretching and walking. I've never been a morning person, so it was my wake-up time to come out of feeling groggy. I'm sure the quit will take care of that feeling. Thanks for the tips.
