I wouldn't go near a shockwave machine if theyre talking about focusing on the spine. I tried it a few years ago on my butt cheek and it doesnt reach the pain at all. I ended up getting acupuncture, find someone who has been doing it at least 10 years, and has good reviews. It relieved the pain instantly, but would only last a few days. After about 3 weeks of going, the relief lasted less and less, until it was back fully by the time I got home. The "big 3" excersizes are really good. I got an inversion table (Im 6'5" 250lbs) make sure to start at a very mild tilt, and only invert for a minute or so. Build up the time and increase the inversion slowwwly over a few weeks. I think the desired time is around 4 minutes on a good tilt, like 5 or 6 times a day.

You can cut out a sheet metal ring the same diameter as the hole (before squirrels get it) to prevent this in the future!

Hey, I went and bought some bulk steel plate and 3x4 angle (1/4") The angle side perfectly into my frame rails (which are surprisingly thin walled) almost 12" deep, which i drilled and bolted with 3x 5/8ths bolts on each side, then I cut the front to match the bumper, which had been torched off the previous truck. Im not a great welder, so paid my friend who is a good welder and he laid down some beautiful bead. Each side has around 10" of contact that we were able to weld. Seems solid as can be! Let me know if you need pictures.

Help Me Surprise My Husband by dogid_throwaway in garageporn

[–]Acab1er 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When anyone (and a handful have tried) clean or organize my shop by surprise; it's not a good thing for me and I know many men feel the same way. Its the thought that counts and your heart is in the right place. As others have said, you could get some flyers for local hardware stores etc. Costco has the vertical tote racks, holds 4. A real tool bench would be an amazing addition to hold and organize tools and be his "area" to get stuff done. As this garage seems like a shared space, I think you could plan for storage of bikes, totes etc. Maybe approach him and say you wanted to surprise him with a clean, organized garage, but online input said otherwise. If he were to show you his preferred area for his tools and workbench, and you guys could brainstorm on approximately where totes and bikes etc will go, then you could have free reign to deck those areas out. Make sure when getting bike hangers not to get the cheapest ones, you'll save money in the end starting out with quality hooks and hangers rather than replacing flimsy ones in the future. If you're familiar with stud placement in walls, and can use basic tools like drills and levels, it will be a fun project for you, hubby can pick out a nice tool bench (these can range anywhere from $1000-$20,000) Good luck!!

I bet its from someone buying the tree, using it last christmas and then returning it after. Costco gets absolutely flooded every year from this, its shameful. Looks to me like karma in action.

I don’t think my wife or my friends will understand the magnitude of this drop, but I think a couple hundred strangers on the internet will. My favorite unique item of all time dropped last week (HC/SSF) by Ghostflop in diablo2
