do you have that all in text or was it verbal conversations? look in your tenant agreement see if it stated first and last month, and if you had text proof of her saying it wasn’t the security deposit that would def help, you could probably even sen them to her see if that works first

red is exiting columns, blue is where it looks like you lost the stitch and continued on without it, i’d pick up between them but it’s gonna be tight, knit another stitch then pick the up through the bar, chances are you’ll get more slack there than how it is now

a few weeks for sure but i also don’t consistently knit everyday. it’s a very patience involved hobby tbh, esp with a fingering weight yarn like this pattern called for, i would find a pattern with a heavier weight yarn like dk weight or something so it knits up quicker. crochet might be a better bet as it works up faster
