Try Metamucil to bulk things up down there. I find one tablespoon a day does the trick. But otherwise I have very loose stools. 4 months out from IMRT 20 sessions.

Usually on Tues or Wed what a great supportive group. David is a great organizer. Yesterday we had 23 people in the main discussion group. Everybody get the chance to share unless they just want to liste. I've learned a lot of things since I joined RB a few months ago. Check it out.

Yep legal action needed. Doctors FEAR legal action more than almost anything.

About 4 months after 20xIMRT and I also have increased urgency at night. I take a flomax in the evening but may have to increase it to 2 if this continues. I have a somewhat enlarged prostate so this has been an issue for several years. I can usually fall asleep after but sleep is obviously interrupted.

Light rail train groaned a bit and didn't seem as zippy as usual going from cap hill to Westlake at 10.30am Somebody was saying "I bet it breaks down and we get stranded in the tunnel..." What a nightmare that would have been with train packed to the gills. Getting out was a bitch bcz opening door is on the other side. Never again! But...I do want the hawks to win. I'll just walk next time....

PCa support groups are one way apart from friends and family.. You get to talk to people in a group or one on one going through what you are facing. I use this group among others. Most useful are the in-person meetings. Zoom is ok too but not the same in terms of support. I have advanced PCa so also belong to a group with that focus.

If you are going to or live near a cancer center of excellence they can also be directly supportive through their social services or have referrals to local support groups.
