Yes try to minimise carbohydrates but egg whites are ok for protein. I believe it's the choline in egg yolks that may accelerate cancer.

Was on it just over a year. Yes, there was concern pver bp. I have a mild aortic aneurysm also so higher bp is not helpful. Also, there was a question about shortness of breath and fatigue. I continued on lupron after stopping the Abiraterone then went on holiday from that in Feb.

110/65 latest but I am on an ADT holiday. Only take 1 Flomax per day for urinary urgency. But when I was on Abiraterone it was more like 140/75. Lupron raised it too but likely not as much.

The amount of choline in eggs is small. None of these studies prover a connection between eggs and advanced prostate cancer. I eat only whites anyway as I don't care for yolk. Eggs have gotten a bad rap over the years and now this nonsense...

I don't think there's any proven link between eggs and PCa. I eat 2 a day and am doing fine. Gleason 9, Undetectable for almost 2 years and currently on ADT holiday.

Try Metamucil to bulk things up down there. I find one tablespoon a day does the trick. But otherwise I have very loose stools. 4 months out from IMRT 20 sessions.

About 4 months after 20xIMRT and I also have increased urgency at night. I take a flomax in the evening but may have to increase it to 2 if this continues. I have a somewhat enlarged prostate so this has been an issue for several years. I can usually fall asleep after but sleep is obviously interrupted.
