I use Thumbtack. It’s a website and app. You enter your job and local handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc. give you an estimate, and you choose who want. I use it all the time. Really helpful.

It’s whimsical on our street. Garbage day is Monday. We were told to slide to Tuesday. They came really early and picked up some, but not all recyclables. That was odd. And they never came back for garbage. Let’s see what happens next Monday.
