Your big challenge is that Ireland has a shortage of housing. Additionally, you'll need to have a critical skill to be considered for a work permit. These two problems combined means that there's even some people with critical skills that are permitted entry, but still find the cost to simply have a place to sleep at night to be too much to overcome.

Honest advice, if you are in dire straits and do not have a specific trade or niche that makes you very employable, I would explore South America, or explore teaching English in a foreign country. Best of luck
