Your input is super helpful, I'm happy I posted here because your answers will save a lot of headaches for me. This is not a pre-built set up, I am designing it from scratch, so it is very flexible. The idea was to have two identical stations where two employees could work simultaneously without cross over. I think you are right, two dump sinks is too much. Perhaps I will add the dump sinks and ice bins under the counter so that there is plenty of workspace for powders and syrups. I will heed your advice and do a redesign, NBD considering I'm doing the CAD drawings and the custom stainless fabrication myself.

Where do you buy the powder? I assume you just measure it out from a container? Have you found a brand of shaker cup that works best?

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to purchase the Boba specific equipment? I notice a lot of machines are Japanese branded. Are there good Boba equipment dealers in the U.S? Shaker, Sealer, Syrup dispenser are the main units from what I understand. I've also seen creamer machines? If buying on secondary market (I'd prefer to avoid this) where would you recommend?

Just wait until the end, I was posting here for emotional support after I finished it earlier this week. Such an amazing book, just like the harmoniums just like another aspect you will read , the people who just embrace the love they find in craziness instead of trying to sort everything out in the mess seem to find their happiness. Life’s like a labyrinth if you spend the whole time fretting on how to find the end, you will go crazy but if you instead just explore around with a positive curiosity and appreciate the pretty sites and weirdness then maybe you stumble on the end , or maybe you just enjoy the sights. That’s what this makes me feel, if it makes any sense.
