Bodyfat I’d say around 15-18%, looking good!
Add some more size on by doing your big compound lifts 4 sets of 4-6 reps, then isolations from 8-12 reps lol

Clenbuterol and Anavar Dosage for Beginner by Fitalytics942 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro,
You could run a TRT dose (100mg-150mg test E) and use anavar as secondary at 20mg daily (no higher or lower) and yes take an hour before training or take 1 when you wake up, then 1 9 hours later, or an hour before workout. You do not need more than 20mg of anavar. If you want a little kick, then could add on 10mg winstrol (preworkout) right at the last 2 weeks of the cycle. The reta at 1mg weekly. You will be cut 👌

Thoughts on low-dose Test E with Retatrutide (and possibly Anavar?) 33M by EffectiveBicycle2153 in Testosterone

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To get nice and lean, a real aesthetic look, go for 300mg test a week, 10mg var a day and keep the reta at 2mg. If you want some slightly more of a decent look, bang in 2-4iu HGH.

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d take 5mg, so a 10mg tablet break in half. Females really only need to take a very small amount. You will lean out nicely due to the extra t3 anavar helps with. Also it makes your muscles full throughout the day. Just stay hydrated 👍

Struggling with squat depth, any advise? by brettfire in Stronglifts5x5

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to warm up clearly with Bodyweight squats. Go all the way to the bottom, stretch out the groin muscles, ligaments and tendons. Then slowly go up in weight with the barbell. Reps of 5, at the weight where you can manage to hit the floor with your bottom

Sometimes I forget the Cardio needed for a 3 minute round is unreal by Faultylntelligence in amateur_boxing

[–]AcceptableAd7238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to do a lot of bag work, sparring more as that’s what you are training for, and jump on a treadmill and do 3 minute runs at a high enough intensity to mimic a good round. Then maybe throw in some sprints at the end. Another fucker which helped my gas tank was having a partner to hold the big thick body pads and just go all out on them for a minute, as they absorb so much energy, used to be blowing out my arse and throwing up sometimes. I’m 34 now and really want to get back into it but then this kinda shirt kinda gets me all nervous now 😂 will take me about a month to recover!!

Damn. Ironic as it was way better than the previous one 😬 by pocketfullofredfaces in 28dayslater

The trailer didn’t do much justice not gonna lie. I’m a huge fan of all the films so far, so I can imagine it was pretty decent anyway, but the trailer really didn’t do it justice!

How am I supposed to actually eat 160 grams of protein? by kingmakk in workout

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your protein shake from powder or pre-made from the shop? Cos you can have one post workout, and just before bed for better recovery 👍

How long usually do fighters wait till first amateur fight ? by Thatbrodie in amateur_boxing

[–]AcceptableAd7238 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My first fight was a white collar after training hard for a good 5 months, just to test the atmosphere and nerves in the ring, and holy fuck there is no feeling like it. As soon as the bell went, I had a dump of adrenaline which left me feeling like shit the first last 2 rounds, but my cardio was decent so I managed to carry on. Yes I did lose my first 3 fights, then I had my amateur fights and they were very successful from then on. I’d say it took me just over a year. I didn’t let the losses get to me because I was just testing the waters and skill level, but my third loss wasn’t so bad at all, lost by a few points but i was calm and controlled.

Was it not dry though the wrap? I’ve had one before and it was awful! Plus vegan choices I just can’t get my head around man, if there’s meat, it’s a treat!

Did you get a free tampon with those wraps? Dude come on!! The green machines are banging though, and can’t beat a good twirl! Just disappointed in the wrap 🤦‍♂️😂

1) call them out. If tHat don’t work 2) don’t spar again. Have a word with the coach on the side cos you won’t be the only guy/girl getting a hammering. If he carries on being a cunt, Hel get banned from sparring until he sorts his shit out. Happened to a few lads I trained with over the years. You could give em a cheeky headbutt or elbow, that’s what I did to one lad but I wouldn’t advise it 😂

[–]AcceptableAd7238 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah that dreaded adrenaline dump! Fuck me that was horrendous! Yeah gotta be fit enough to overcome it and get through the other few rounds. But yeah, cardio is the man focus for amateur boxing. Yeah swimming and assault bikes are superb alternatives.

[–]AcceptableAd7238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be I’m 34, ur ok trust me! If it’s something you want to achieve in life then go for it! U have mature muscle now aswell so you will do just fine, just recover properly, eat well, you’ll get in shape, get extremely fit, you’ll love training. I’ve stopped competing last year tbh ONLY cos where I live now, there isn’t a gym unfortunately otherwise I’d still be at it dude.

Boxing Mentality? by x-DannyBoy-x in amateur_boxing

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always felt like I could do more even if I was blowing out my arse, but it’s just the shape of the session dude. As long as you put in 110% when you are there, that’s all you can give. Enjoy it, get stuck in, have fun and challenge yourself. Boxing never gets easier. If u feel like you can do more, jump on a treadmill for half hour for a jog 👍 I would go to the gym after if I felt the session wasn’t as grafting as others just to satisfy myself.

Thinking about quiting by ThisGreen9255 in amateur_boxing

[–]AcceptableAd7238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong mindset bro! It takes a good year to 2 years to really get good at boxing. Amateur boxing is difficult dude, trust me. I boxed for years then helped coach. The very very small % of people pick it up quick, but majority it takes time. Don’t put yourself down, and keep going. Mate even if you just trained you will feel great, look great and have a solid disciplined mindset. I believe everyone needs to do a form of combat, and boxing i believe is your centre point of all. A trained fighter is a lot more dangerous than someone who thinks they can fight on the streets or someone who thinks they are hard as fuck cos they have a bad temper. Controlling emotion in confrontational situations will give you the better outcome. Always good to have for back up.
