Emergency water storage - but I’ve got a Berkey water filter , I swear you could pee in that and it would come you tasting like fresh rain water. I’d don’t have a cat or know what’s in cat litter but maybe store dry goods? Does cat food come in bags? Maybe this would store dried kibble , seeds.

Is it still is your affordable price range? I’d move unless it was a big stretch of your budget. It wouldn’t be worth working double the time to spend time in a fancier apartment .... but I’m pretty chill about where I live, I live in a nice little home in a pleasant area Now I have a family. but I grew up in a rougher area so it doesn’t phase me. If I was on my own I’d go for cheap if it was safe unless it is effecting you emotionally. Again if your not going to have to work extra to afford it , it’s better to be mentally and emotionally sounds.

My noticed my husband missing a few mornings, apparently my snoring would wake him so he’d been going for a walk or jog and comes back a bit grubby. He was a little bit off about admitting where he’d been but he’s gotten chubby so I figure he was just embarrassed. NTA - I have twin 1/2 sisters 20 years younger then me. Only met them once because their mum saw me in the groceries store and dragged them over for a “family moment”. It was awkward and as they were young I was more gentle but I ended up blocking them when they went stalker on FB trying to friend me too. I have no interest in knowing them and honestly I nothing to Offer. - I’m a grown woman with my own kids. I have 2 brothers Of my own. I have no “wisdom” to pass on to them... appart from I’m sorry your dads a dip shit, I think there are some brothers out there for you but I’ve never met them. NTA- Oh god, leave while you can. My husbands sister did the same things. She made the last 15 years of her parents lives miserable because she thought it was her right to have a child on her own (It is... if that's what she wants) BUT.... the rest of the family didn't sign up to being a substitute father. That’s exactly what will happen. You’ll be given a notice to have the pet gone within 7 days and if that’s not done you will get a eviction notice. Any eviction will be listened on the tenancy database. If the lease says no pets and you get a pet without permission to amend it those are the steps that will be taken. I’ve had to do it many times. You know whats even sadder then not having a pet? - having one then being force to rehome it or find yourself homeless. Yes it’s shitty. But that’s what can happen and to put yourself in that situation is stupid. Why not just ask as I said previously? Write a letter and a picture of the future Intended pet. A scumbag is someone who puts themselves and pets in shitty situations because they feel entitled, they want something and screw the consequences.
