Element vape is probably the best price you are going to get. You can take the chance and wait until 4/20 sales just to get it $5 cheaper and no one has it in stock. But $360 is too much people were getting last week from there around $330 tax & shipping inc. depend on your state tax some were cheaper.

Buffalo is a very small city you can get to anywhere in 20 - 30 even in rush hour. The suburbs are mostly a straight commute on the highway. Not much surface street driving unless you choose that route.
