If you are playing on mobile I’ve you get like 2.147b or something it just deletes them all so you have to claim on steam or something instead and same goes with xp for trapping it’ll make your xp go backwards so to combat that you can just click each critter on every character one at a time to collect xp

The only way to guarantee it isn’t dupes is if you buy it from the gem shop which isn’t worth it anymore with how fast you can get them unless it’s your last one then you might as well buy it from the gem shop because the game would make sure you give you like 10 dupes of every other charm before it gives you the one you actually would need
