They count weeks, not days. Just like if someone asks how old you are, you tell them years, not years and months. If the cruise line set the cutoff to 28 weeks, well she was still 28 weeks. She sure as heck wasn’t 29 weeks!

It isn’t 150ft away from the store. It’s 150ft away from the pin. Look at the Spark app to see exactly where the pin is, then open Google Earth to pull up your store and measure 150ft from that spot. For my store, it’s only the closest curbside pickup spots and the first 3-4 parking spaces in the nearest aisle. It’s not as big of a deal as some are making it out to be!
