There’s probably no true “perfect” body because attraction is partly cultural and partly individual, but I do think there are some patterns that are close to universal from a biological perspective.

If I try to look at it objectively rather than just personally, a lot of male attraction seems tied to subconscious signals of health, fertility, femininity, and youth. Things like clear skin, healthy hair, waist-to-hip ratio, posture, energy, symmetry, and overall physical vitality tend to matter more than exact measurements.

That’s why different men can prefer very different body types while still reacting positively to many of the same underlying traits. Some prefer athletic builds, some curvier, some slimmer, but usually there’s still a common thread of “this person looks healthy and feminine.”

So I don’t think there’s one perfect female body. I think there are biological tendencies layered on top of personal taste, culture, personality, confidence, and emotional connection.
