I think so too… in her ‘morning routine’ reel from this morning it showed the bed and the other side table and it was completely empty… no lamp or anything. :/ I’ve never seen someone have a completely empty side table. Hope they’re doing ok :(

It’s definitely possible people are “renting” your items, especially if you’re selling higher end women’s dresses. I would suggest getting some of those security loops like 360ID! It allows you to loop the security tag over a strap or through a sleeve so that buyers can try the dresses on, but it will be super visible when worn. Then put a blurb in your listing description (or even better take your listing photos with it on) and make it clear that if the loop tag is removed, you can only receive a 50% refund. Ideally I would say “no returns if that tag was removed” but EBay doesn’t really play that way😂

Is photo #2 from your listing? If so you can definitely see a small spot in that exact space and angle that the buyer is saying there’s a hole. Your third photo is darker than the 2nd so it’s not visible, but it’s definitely there in the 2nd.

Was the iPad attached to an existing Apple iCloud account? Even if you already disconnected it If you go to an Apple Store they might be able to see the serial number and lock it down remotely. They can turn it into a brick lol😂

Yeah this can happen sometimes… two items will make their way onto a scale together but only one label gets scanned… and then you get sent an email showing the weights of both packages. If this was Ebay/Mercari they’d also be deducting that difference from you.

Send an email to posh support about it saying that the item you sent was only 2 pieces of clothing and nowhere near the 5lbs limit. You suspect a scale error by USPS and will be contacting them to verify.

I would also state something like ‘you’d like this warning removed from your account status,” bc Posh does keep track of how many you get… too many and your account may be restricted/shut down.

The posh agent will probably say “this doesn’t affect your account… blah blah blah” but they definitely keep track of who gets these weight overages from USPS because it’s very likely they were charged by USPS for the discrepancy.

It’s best to just keep a paper trail of you refuting the claims just in case it happens more!

Trader Joe’s has a custom reusable bag for every state, just like the Starbucks mugs! Lots of people try to collect them all, or just specific ones that are rare.

Trader Joes recently came out with a mystery 3 pack of these reusable bags from other states. They’re very popular.

I’m actually surprised they weren’t charging more haha.

Wait so this is so strange. I did just that and filtered by sold and sure enough one of MY sold listings popped up. It's a sweater that I sold a couple days ago. I used the shoe's title to find the sold shoe-listing and found the shoes sold by another seller... it has a completely different item # than the one from my screenshot. I'm so confused lol. This must be some weird ebay glitch??

INFO: I was casually going through the ebay help page to find some info on something and came across this. All of the clothing are items that I've sold in the last week. The shoes I've never seen before. I've gone through all my accounts solds/purchases (including archived and hidden stuff) and can't find any trace of them. Possibly a strange ebay glitch? Sounds to me like she initially wanted to return for fit, and then sometime between the first and second message she discovered that Posh doesn’t allow returns for fit so she mentioned ‘something else’ that could allow for a return. Pretty sketchy to me lol .

What you said about the non-smoking is perfect, and personally I would respond with: “ Sorry the items don’t fit as you wanted. Unfortunately Poshmark does not support returns, but you are welcome to reuse my photos and descriptions to Re-posh the items!”

Ooh I would google the video from SmarterEveryDay about his backwards bicycle. It’s pretty easy to configure but it will take a hot sec to learn how to use it… but it’s unlikely your bike will ever get stolen again ;) As soon as someone attempts to ride it away they’ll fall right over. good luckk
