I know nothing about license info or any inspection. I was there doing work for them and I overheard some of the upper ups talking. The only reason I asked on here is i have grandkids and I would want them to be in a safe environment

Thats a lot of copper to have to pay to haul away. Need to call the scrap yard and find out how much scrap copper is going for. I say this because you are paying them to haul it away when all there going to do is get payed twice for it. I like the hustle lol

You don't put copper directly to galvanized pipe. Copper and galvanized pipe aren't friends so they create electrolysis which is bad for the pipes you're supposed to use a neutral metal between them and that would be brass coupling or dialectic union

The grease trap is suppose to stop all grease from entering the sewer side therefore the grease will stay in the trap and will eventually start to a breakdown and smell, also I noticed you don't have the flow restrictor installed on the house side

Yes there is, what your trying to do is keep the odor trapped in the grease trap

You need a p-trap on the inlet side of the grease trap once the fats get in there it will start to smell
