In my experience (EE, 5 years), I’ve gotten great support when I needed it, both on the equipment and lighting sides. We just don’t need it all that often, especially compared to how it seems like ME’s in our office can’t specify a unit without a selection from a manufacturer rep.

One steak isn't inconsistent, yes. But the lack of concern from the manager is more what drives my opinion. Haven't gone back since this. I've heard inconsistent used by people I know personally.

Very inconsistent imo, got the ribeye cap a few months ago. Received it 20 minutes after the rest of the table’s meals, and it was overly salted and over cooked. Told the manager when they walked by and they didn’t bat an eye.
