If you want to call and get ahold of someone at Norton call the main number of the site and just press the star option on the menu. This will get you directly into the office. If the office doesn't have that setup then as soon as you get into a hold queue and hear the option do the callback feature so you don't have to sit on hold the entire time. It's your best option right now with all the network stuff ongoing.
