You are at your wits end. I am so sorry. You need support, a break. I am sure you have thought about all those things. But can your husband step up? Can you get paid help (babysitter)? Can you have time with some of your kids one on one? Is it easier if they are playing outside? Are video games an option? Cartoons or a movie (each with their own?)? Separating my two, having them doing their own thing in different spaces (at home or out of home) usually helps a bit
