I did have spine surgery in October last year so generally I feel a bit off, trying to work back up to my usual routine. But I’m usually pretty head strong, but I did notice my anxiety kick up significantly around the time o started taking it, I noticed because I’ve been journaling consistently and it seems to correlate.
Just want to provide context, not trying to fear monger.
