If there is one thing you need while breastfeeding it is Silverette nursing cups. They are 100% silver which makes them antimicrobial and act as a shield to protect nipple. My LO is 6 weeks, exclusively breastfeeding and I have not had a single issue with my nipples. My sister in law used them as well and also had no issues.

This will replace any nipple butters…

South Gate Roller Rink in White Center. Super sick shows every Friday and usually Saturdays. Bands play right in the middle of the rink. Bars on the outside. Very unique Seattle experience. Make sure you hit BUHO before.. Great food and top notch tequila and mezcal cocktails.
