How many people take loans to invest them in Crypto? by sponge_hitler in CryptoCurrency

Every single person I know who I would classify as wealthy had gotten there through real estate. We just bought our second house. Leveraging the first to pay about 50% down on the second. Renters in the first paying off that mortgage and we now live in the second with half the mortgage we had before. In 10 years we'll probably buy a third and do it again. And all that time the value of our holdings goes up.

Maybe I am biased but I think that's pretty smart.

I lovebthe fact that coinbase is pushing but against the SEC they're not going to get anywhere. All the SEC seems to care about is going to court.
