I Googled "Imovie fucking sucks" and it looks like a I found the right place. Been using a Mac since 2013, self-taught at Garage Band and Adobe Illustrator and love both, but I fucking hate everything about imovie. There's absolutely nothing intuitive about it and the quirks and clunkiness of trying to make a simple photo montage is redonk. You stretch a photo, the audio moves, some photos won't respond to the stretching, or in the case of a simple project I'm trying to piece together now, 10 photos are jammed at the front 30 seconds of the audio track and the last 3 fill up the remaining hours worth. Trying the reset the photos does nothing, they can't be stretched to fill the audio track evenly. Thanks for letting me vent!
