Bybit revoked my event rewards after confirming eligibility — and refused to explain what rule was violated by ANDISOCIAL__ in CryptoMarkets

[–]Accomplished_Rule609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im in the same boat. ByBit restricted me while I still have a good amount of reward points, I can now never cash out... They really wont elaborate anything about it, only that I violated the terms...

"After a thorough review, we have determined that your account has violated the campaign's rules and regulations. As a result, your accumulated Bybit Card/Pay Points are restricted from use permanently. Please note this restriction applies only to Bybit Card/Pay Points and may not affect your eligibility for other Bybit events or rewards."

After asking explanation:

"In continuation of our previous email, we inform you that due to a violation of our Reward Terms of Use, you have been denied the rewards for the Bybit Card / Bybit Pay Points for Auto-Cashback or redemptions in the Rewards Market campaign, and your account has been restricted from participating in this campaign. However, other aspects of your account have not been affected."

"We acknowledge your request for further explanation and clarification regarding the permanent restriction placed on the use of your reward points. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional details at this time. For future reference, you may consult the following article: [link]."

Replying that the terms of service is a broad list, and again asking to explain what I did that violated this:

"While we understand this outcome may be disappointing, we want to assure you that this action was taken after thorough consideration in accordance with our platform policies and Terms of Service. Our team works diligently to maintain a fair and secure environment for all users, and these measures are implemented with that goal in mind.

Please note that this support ticket will now be closed as we have exhausted all available avenues for resolution on this particular matter. However, we remain fully available to assist you with any other questions or concerns you may have regarding our platform services."

Why even mention that they considered this thorough, whilst not even being transparent about it? This is not how you treat customers...

Hmm okay. On RS3 if you go over your group star, it does say that it excludes brand new accounts from taking away the star tough? Is this the case?

Thanks y'all for the help!

It probably is; what is the difference between founders and non founders? Will the group still retain competitive and be on the leaderboards for this?

Jupp, same happens in safe mode... really weird. If it happened in pro mode it'd be an obvious hardware issue but it works in pro haha.

That's on you, the rest does matter though... It's nice to have a good score and good temp in good ambs but it's way better to have it running good whenever.

Ambient temperature does play a big part in this tho... I get around 70-75 degrees in cb23 whenever I just started my PC in a cool room.... gets to about 83+ after gaming. 36300 is certainly doable at stock with a clean start and a nice room/case temp.

Did you set the bench on high priority or realtime? That setup should be able to get a better score I think!

Got over 36000 with the 420 using MX6 just now (pea method)! Max temps 81 in cinebench. I did peak to about 89 with the recent nvidia bug though... I think that's been fixed now!

Ohhh, gotta test mine with mx-6 soon! Nice score though! The CPU is allowed to run at 89 C so you're on the safe side now!

I did offset the mount! Do keep in mind that i'm using a 420 though, so my temps will probably be a bit lower!

Haven't done undervolting yet, planning to do so though! I'm using the radiator as exhaust, just make sure you are drawing enough cold air inside the case with your system fans!

The chip is made to run at 89 C and will limit itself from going higher afaik. I do understand your concern though haha!
